Our team of technicians has seen and fixed it all—including a few strange requests from customers. We once had a customer ask us to install an AC unit in a treehouse! We had to politely explain why that wasn’t a good idea.

We also had a customer call us with a major emergency. When we arrived to the house, we discovered that the customer had put a fan in their air conditioner—not to cool down their house, but to dry a puddle in their kitchen!

We’ve also had customers call us to ask us to unscrew a window to get it closed—only to find out they had installed it upside down! We happily fixed the window for them.

We even had a customer who had a malfunctioning thermostat. We quickly fixed the issue, and then the customer asked us to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit! We thought that was an odd request, but we did it anyway.
